Vinuvin is a Sri Lankan chocolate maker built around one idea: chocolate should taste like the cocoa it comes from. Our chocolatier trained under Trinidadian and French experts before selecting Trinitario and Criollo varieties grown for flavour, not convenience. From there, every bar is tempered and molded by hand, in small batches, the way the craft has always demanded.
